Vinification:
Traditional fermentation with skins at a controlled temperature of 28⁰C.

The rubi blend poured into the glass rise a fruity aroma. In taste, is very persistent. The finish is gentle and round.

Suggestions:

It should be served at 16⁰ to 18⁰C with tiny slices of ham and white meat dishes.

Alcohol: 13%
