Vinification:
Traditional fermentation with skins at a controlled temperature of 28⁰C.

The deep rubi blend pleasure us with fresh red fruits aroma. In taste, is very persistent and well-bodied. The finish is intense.

Suggestions:

It should be served at 16⁰ to 18⁰C with roasted dishes and stews.
