Vinification:
Cold skin contact for 2 days, followed by 5 days fermentation with maceration.

The Altivo red wine of bright ruby colour presents its exuberance marked by red fruit aroma and floral hints, typical from Touriga Nacional grape. On the palate, shows a smooth body, confirming the fruit aroma, with an attractive freshness sensation. Very smooth and pleasant finish.

Suggestions:

It should be served at 16 to 18⁰C and accompanies red or white grilled meat, pasta, spicy dishes or cheese.
