Slight pelicular maceration before pressing and the clear settled juice is fermented at 14⁰C.
Quinta da Giesta white wine presents a pale bright green colour with pear, citrine and mineral aroma. On the palate, the blend is fresh with crisp flavors, showing a great balance. Very smooth and a pleasant freshness.
Suggestions:
It should be served at 16 to 18⁰C and accompanies red or white grilled meat, pasta, spicy dishes or cheese.
