The grapes spent 1 day in maceration process followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats. A small parcel of the lot, aged in used barrel.
Barão de Vilar launches its first monovarietal celebrating the most emblematic Portuguese grape variety: Touriga Nacional. Full of floral scents, a smooth and elegant red wine, with a long finish.
Suggestions:
It should be served at a temperature between 16⁰C to 18⁰C. This wine is perfect to drink with red meat and game dishes.
