Vinification:
Fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature followed by maceration with skins.
This blend has a ruby colour and an intense ripe red fruits aroma. On the palate, is soft and well structured. Long and pleasant finish.
Suggestions:
Serve between 16-18⁰C with game, grilled meat dishes and cheeses.
