Grapes picked at the end of August. Vinified at controlled temperatures in stainless steel vats.
The wine had a short rest during 3 months in French and American half barrels.

Proeza White wine with a green straw colour, deep fruit aroma with notes of tropical fruits and honey. In the mouth is presented full with a great balance between the components acidity/sugars/alcohol/oak. Long and pleasant aftertaste.
